We want you to love your BagZest bag! However, if for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a hassle-free return and refund policy.
Returns:
- You can return your unworn and unwashed bag within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- We do not accept returns for used, washed, or damaged items.
Refunds:
- Once we receive your returned item and verify it meets our return criteria, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 15 business days.
- Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
How to Return an Item:

- Ship Your Return: Ship your return package to the address provided in the Return Authorization email. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return arrives safely.
